Overview
The Planning and Zoning Board is in charge of all Zoning. The Board’s main purpose is to create an atmosphere which makes the implementation of the Corydon Comprehensive Plan possible.

Zoning Change Requests
To request a change in zoning, you will need to have your case heard by the Planning and Zoning Board. The request form can be found on the Planning and Zoning Department Page.
All change of zoning requests must be in by the 10th of the month preceding the Board Meeting where your case will be heard.
Non-Refundable Fee
There is an $85.00 fee to have your case heard. This fee is non-refundable.
